Terms of service
These terms apply when you download or use Baruch, made by CSS Southern ("we", "us"). By using Baruch you agree to them.
Your licence
You may install and use Baruch on your own devices for personal or business use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
Your notes belong to you
Everything you write, draw or type in Baruch is yours. We claim no rights to it and cannot see it.
Back up your notes
Notes are stored on your device. Devices get lost, damaged and reset. Please keep a backup, using Baruch's backup file, Google Drive backup, or both. We are not responsible for notes lost because they were not backed up.
Third-party services
Optional features such as Google Drive backup are provided by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for those services.
No warranty
Baruch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be error-free or always available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Baruch. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are handled by the store you bought from (Google Play or the Microsoft Store), and refunds follow that store's policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continuing to use Baruch means you accept the updated terms.
